Subsequently Director of Investment and Strategy at Land Securities Trillium to help create the largest portfolio of operational PPP projects in UK, including projects across all infrastructure sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Defence and Government Accommodation. Subsequently sold to global institutional investors and now known as Semperian Investors
